From Yorkshire to Cornwall; Warwickshire to Scotland, all our regional beef is sourced from under 30 month high quality cattle. We use EBLEX approved and Red Tractor Assured Farms and Abattoirs to source our regional products.The care and attention that we place into your products will ensure succulence, tenderness and taste that Russell Hume’s beef has become renowned for.
