Hereford Beef

The Hereford Beef breed is similar to Aberdeen Angus, carrying more fat than continental breeds and is noted for its marbled beef giving excellent flavour, succulence and tenderness.

Only pure bred Hereford steers from the top grades are selected then the carcases are hand picked for packing. The hindquarters are matured on the bone for 7 to 10 days,

Only pure bred Hereford steers from the top grades are selected for Hereford Beef then the carcases are hand picked for packing. The hindquarters are matured on the bone for 7 to 10 days, before being vacuum packed, where they are then aged for a further 28 days. This ensures that our discerning customers receive only the finest Hereford Beef.
