At Russell Hume we have been making Award Winning Sausages for over 7 years. The years of expertise and knowledge at the fore front of our production team enables us to develop our sausages in house to suit individual needs.
The variety of sausages available is somewhat extensive, and the quality is second to none. Our quality sausages are made from only the finest cuts of pork belly and pork shoulder and we have also developed a wide range of sausages that include no MSG or additives.
We only use fresh British pork and offer a selection of Free Range and Freedom Foods Outdoor reared customer specific sausage. We have developed excellent ranges covering all species, for example, beef sausage, Lamb and mint sausage (to name a few) and have won Gold and Silver BPEX awards for quality.
