All our Scotch Beef is purchased from Aberdeenshire, from approximately 600 farms , which over the years we have worked closely with to ensure we proved our customers with the quality and consistency they expect. In order to help achieve this our Scotch Beef is Matured for a minimum of 35 days to provide an eating experience that is second to none.
